Assume that the kitchen is completed demoed. Included in the above estimates are the kitchen design, labor, materials, cabinets, countertops and plumbing fixtures. Appliances are not included.
Moderate Remodel: There is no change to the kitchen layout. All walls, appliances and plumbing fixtures remain in the same location. Budget includes builder grade cabinets, countertops and fixtures.
Semi-Custom Remodel: Includes upgrade to cabinets, countertops and plumbing fixtures. Cabinet upgrades include full overlay doors, full extension and soft closing drawers. Countertops upgraded to quartz with decorative backsplash
Custom Remodel: Includes higher-end cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures and flooring. May include moving and reframing walls to create a more functional space. We start with a blank slate and create a high-end kitchen that meets your taste and lifestyle.

Custom Remodel: Includes higher-end cabinets, countertops, plumbing & lighting fixtures and flooring. May include moving and reframing walls to create custom shower enclosures with natural stone on floor and walls We start with a blank slate and create a high-end retreat that meets your taste and lifestyle.
